Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona, Inc. is hiring a full-time Field & Shop Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ to install, maintain, and repair commercial foodservice equipment, including soft serve machines, ice systems, and grills.

The role suits technicians with HVAC, restaurant equipment repair, or mechanical field service experience who enjoy problem-solving and working independently. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, travel across Arizona as needed, and deliver

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or foodservice equipment repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid drivere28s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional overnight travel.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment installation or service (preferred).
• EPA certification or electrical/mechanical background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Travel to customer locations throughout Arizona if necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
• Identify equipment trends/issues and recommend improvements
• Complete service documentation and communicate with internal teams
