Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Nashville, TN is hiring a skilled Technician to support rapid repair and service of commercial restaurant equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain equipment to keep customer operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use a multimeter.
• Strong customer-service mindset and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, high-value service and timely repairs.
• Reactive 24-hour service: troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues.
• Install, maintain, and clean commercial restaurant equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Order parts and schedule delivery; manage inventory.
• Record and complete work orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with dispatch, management, warehouse and technicians.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean service vehicle.
