Job summary

Cadillac Coffee Company is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee brewers, espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment at customer locations around the Columbus area.

You will travel to coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels, diagnose issues, and guide customers on operation and care of their equipment. This field-based role requires reliability, good people skills, and a willingness to be on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude from prior work, training, hobbies, or military.
• Valid driver7s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in Columbus area to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Diagnose problems by sound, feel, and testing; disassemble, repair, and reassemble machines.
