Job summary

On Site Companies is seeking a Field Service Technician to support outdoor sites with equipment delivery and basic setup of climate control, fencing, and water services. You’ll be the brand face, ensure safe operation, and coordinate with dispatch on daily routes and on-site service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in light maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift and move heavy loads, drive with a trailer, and work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of light maintenance background and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with hand/power tools; diagnose/repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Safety & quality: adhere to high safety standards and PPE on customer sites.
• Transportation: safely load, transport, and offload equipment; keep truck clean.
• Technical setup: test and stage climate control units; install per job specs.
• Site management: install fencing lines; inspect materials and resolve layout issues.
