Bargreen Ellingson is seeking a Chemical & Dishmachine Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial dispensing systems and dishmachines across various customer sites. You’ll manage a territory, handle on-call rotations, and focus on dependable, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and ownership of service tasks, with daily field work and proactive problem-solving to keep customers running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• If vehicle over 10,001 pounds, a current DOT Medical Card before starting.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Commercial dishmachine, warewashing, laundry, or similar service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial chemical dispensing systems and dishmachines.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Manage your assigned territory and organize daily service priorities.
• Respond to customer service calls during business hours and participate in after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
• Take ownership of assigned service responsibilities and keep management informed of issues or changes.
• Respond promptly to service requests and communicate delays or schedule changes.
• Work with technicians, sales reps, and management to coordinate customer needs and minimize delays.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
