Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Service Technician to install and service equipment at customer sites, including dishwashers and beverage machines. You will be part of a team ensuring responsive service within a territory and maintaining inventories and records.

The role includes on-call duties, opportunity for career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package that starts Day 1. A valid CA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year equipment sales and/or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license, current and in state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 2 hours; be on-call 24/7 within territory.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and perform annual/monthly inventories.
• Install and/or remove equipment at customer sites (dishwashers, dispensing systems, beverage machines).
• Perform routine maintenance and recondition equipment; keep service records.
• Bill customers based on markups and taxes; manage catalogs and price lists.
• Generate sales leads and perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
