Job summary

Company Wrench in Cleveland is seeking a skilled technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on heavy equipment. You will plan maintenance sequences, research parts, and ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently.

A valid CDL A or B is required or the ability to obtain one. The role emphasizes strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities, careful record-keeping, and professional communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Two years of industry experience required.
• CDL Class A or B license required or ability to obtain.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset.
• Good communication skills and safe work habits.
• Ability to perform repairs on all major equipment systems.
• Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
• Tooling smaller than one-inch drive must be provided by you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Plan methods and sequence of maintenance.
• Research and order parts and materials required to perform maintenance.
• Perform repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Confirm that repairs are completed as assigned.
• Return unused parts and materials per established methods.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck.
• Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed.
