Job summary

Cash-Wa is seeking a field service technician to support the Highway 281 - Highway 81 Corridor from Kansas into South Dakota. Ideal candidates reside in Grand Island to York, NE, with willingness to travel within the territory.

You will install, maintain and service beverage and sanitation equipment, and grow relationships with existing customer accounts. Strong mechanical skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to fix and maintain equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks professionally and timely.
• Ability to discuss upgrade opportunities with customers (soft sales).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform scheduled installations, maintenance, and service.
• Build relationships with existing customer accounts to grow sales.
• Provide technical support to District Sales and Regional managers as needed.
• Maintain maintenance schedule within the territory and log activities for QA.
