• Strong customer relations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics and work with Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems with software overlays.
• Maintain focus under pressure and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and quick diagnostics on equipment.
• Repair and restore machines to production following company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer-facing service and clear communication with clients.
• Utilize factory documentation and local/national technical resources as needed.
