Job summary

dormakaba Americas in Florida is seeking a Service Technician to service automatic and industrial doors across our region. You will handle breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and support commissioning and installation as needed.

You will work on an on-call roster, deliver excellent customer service on site, complete service reports, and uphold safety and quality standards while representing a global leader in access solutions.

Qualifications

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence or strong electrical service background.
• Solid electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting capability across service environments.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and electrical fault finding across automatic doors and access solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers onsite.
• Complete accurate service reports, documentation and updates through service management systems and mobile applications.
• Work independently across your assigned service region while maintaining safety and quality standards.
