Job summary

ENGEL Machinery Inc. is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices to join its nationally recognized apprenticeship program.

This paid training program targets mechanically inclined individuals who want a long-term career servicing advanced manufacturing equipment and, on successful completion, leads to a full-time Field Service Technician role. Initial training will occur in York, PA for 3–4 months, after which travel across North America (up to 90%) begins.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on work ethic.
• Trade school diploma or 2+ years electro‑mechanical/industrial maintenance experience.
• Willing to travel up to 90% after training and relocate to York, PA if needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Learn from experienced Field Service Technicians and complete hands-on training.
• Build expertise on plastic injection molding equipment and provide customer support.
