ENGEL Machinery Inc. is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices to join its nationally recognized apprenticeship program. Initial training in York, PA (3-4 months) with travel throughout North America after training, and a pathway to a full-time Field Service Technician role.

This paid training program targets mechanically inclined individuals who want a long-term career servicing advanced manufacturing equipment. Applications accepted through August 14, 2026.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined; enjoys hands-on work.
• Trade school graduates or individuals with 2+ years electro-mechanical/industrial maintenance experience.
• Willing to travel up to 90% after training.
• Able to relocate to York, PA for the initial training.
