ENGEL Machinery Inc. is launching a paid Field Service Technician Apprenticeship program.

Four apprentices will begin with initial training in York, PA (3–4 months) and then travel across North America to service equipment while earning $23.40–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals seeking a long-term career, with progression to a full-time Field Service Technician role after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work.
• Trade school graduates or individuals with 2+ years of electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automotive, electrical, or similar technical experience.
• Willing to travel up to 90% after training; able to relocate to York, PA for initial 3–4 month training program.
• Eager to learn and build a long-term technical career.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Learn alongside experienced Field Service Technicians.
