Job summary

ENGEL Machinery Inc. is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices as part of its nationally recognized apprenticeship program. Initial training in York, PA (3–4 months), followed by travel throughout North America.

The program provides paid training and leads to a full-time Field Service Technician role. We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals with 2+ years of electro‑mechanical or related experience, who are willing to travel up to 90% after training and relocate temporarily for

• Trade school graduates or individuals with 2+ years of electro‑mechanical, industrial maintenance, automotive, electrical, or similar technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Learn alongside experienced Field Service Technicians.
• Complete hands-on technical training.
• Build expertise on industry-leading plastic injection molding equipment.
