The role requires 2–5 years of electrical/mechanical industrial experience, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with meters. You will drive a service van, adhere to safety standards, and complete on-site paperwork daily.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years electrical/mechanical industrial experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must troubleshoot, repair all compressor components.
• Proficient in using multimeters, amp meters, vibration and infrared meters.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service for Blake & Pendleton customers with air compressors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs in the Chattanooga region.
• Read P&I and wiring diagrams; perform motor and control work.
• Set up rigging and safely install/remove motors and components.
• Complete paperwork daily and participate in on-call rotation.
