Baseline Employerco Llc is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to oversee and maintain natural gas generator equipment at customer sites across a designated region. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/engine systems, and mobilize equipment, while prioritizing safety and customer communication. The role requires on-site visits, night/weekend availability, and travel as needed to support service goals.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Availability for nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience with electrical/generator troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial natural gas generators at customer locations.
• Mobilize and demobilize generators to and from well sites.
• Respond to call outs/alarms on a 24/7 basis.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate with customers during service calls.
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites and ensure equipment reliability.
