Position Details

This position is open for applications for at least 3 days from the posting date and remains open based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform and train on major component replacements and repairs across the fleet.
• Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with Invenergy policies.
• Travel away from home for 4-week intervals, returning home for a week off.
• Represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Train site personnel in operations, safety, and maintenance activities.
• Lead teams in performing major component replacements and repairs.
• Inspect equipment and sites, and compile reports.
• Complete reporting and revise procedures as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical experience or education in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and handle up to 45 kg (100 lbs.).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work at heights over 80 meters (250 feet).
• Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding gear.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of technical experience related to renewable energy systems.
• Strong interest in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Experience with multiple platforms and troubleshooting software systems.
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing. The hourly pay ranges from $31.67 to $51.58, with potential bonuses and benefits including insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
