Qualifications

Field Service Technician (FT)

Job Description:
Are you mechanically and electrically inclined? Do you like providing customers with quality service solutions? Join our team and become a part of the leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service.

  1. You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
  2. You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
  3. You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  1. An accredited High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
  2. You must have a valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  3. You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required.
  4. You must be able to attend our industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

  8. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for technician positions are Tech 1 $25.40-$29.90/hour, Tech 2 $25.40- $34.40, Tech 3 $28.10-$37.90.
