Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Kentucky is hiring a Field Service Technician to join a long-standing national leader in the restaurant and hospitality service sector. The role focuses on servicing dish machines and dosing equipment, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a field tech, you will tour customer sites, resolve issues, upsell compatible products, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment, and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers, restocking as needed.
• Negotiate service renewals, price increases, and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with other technicians, every 6 weekends and 1 day per week.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 6 weekends and 1 day a week.

Requirements:
