Job summary

ICR Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and program ABB robotics and automation equipment at customer sites. You will work hands-on with ABB systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, completing field service paperwork, identifying additional service opportunities, and assisting with training as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ field service experience in the robot industry.
• Experience programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning ABB robotic systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
