James Talent Limited is recruiting Field Service Technicians for a global packaging machinery manufacturer. You’ll travel across the United States to install, start up, service, and repair end-of-line packaging equipment, with a comprehensive training and certification program in your first six months.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on electromechanical field service experience, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
Have you got an electromechanical background and been looking for a way into the packaging machinery industry?
This role gives you that, with industry-leading training and certification included. All you need is solid electromechanical experience and a willingness to travel.
I’m working with a long-established global manufacturer of end-of-line packaging equipment. Their machines run all over the world, and they’ve built their reputation on quality and continuous improvement.
They’re growing and adding Field Service Technicians to support customers across the US. You don’t need to have worked on packaging equipment before. Your first six months are spent on a structured training and certification program, so you’ll know the machines inside out before you’re on your own.
Getting into the packaging machinery industry usually means already having packaging experience. This role breaks that cycle. If you’ve got the electromechanical skills and you’re happy to travel, the company will give you training and certification on its equipment.
With overtime, per diem and quarterly profit share on top of base, your take-home grows with the work you put in. It’s a strong base for a long‑term technical career with a business that’s growing.
