Dorner Co in Wisconsin is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair valves and valve automation equipment.The role involves frequent travel to customer sites mainly within Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, with home-office support when not traveling.
You will work with an experienced service tech to learn products and procedures, representing Dorner Co as a trusted ambassador to customers and as a key part of the support team.

The Field Service Technician will need to have the willingness and drive to learn the knowledge to install, service, and repair valves and valve automation equipment. This tech will be working hand in hand with an experienced service tech to learn the products and procedures of what we do. This position requires frequent travel to customer sites (primarily within Wisconsin and Northern Illinois). When not traveling to customer sites, the technician would help in the home office service shop.
As Field Service Technician, you would be part of our customer support team and your enthusiasm for providing exceptional field service would directly contribute to our best-in-class customer support. You will need to be able to communicate to customers, inside sales staff, and outside sales staff in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the emphasis on delivering the best overall solution to our customers. This customer-facing position will require the technician to be an ambassador for Dorner Co, whose technical expertise and communication will help us retain our preferred supplier status.
