• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites.
• Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities to uphold high standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems.
• Manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems.
• Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements.
• Drive efficiency through strategic planning and project management, ensuring smooth plant operations.

What makes you great

• High school diploma with an associate degree in a technical field preferred; 2–5 years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments.
• Expertise in instrumentation, control, and general maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors; military engineering experience considered an asset.
• Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• Understanding of process control schematics and the ability to communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written forms.
• Computer skills including Microsoft applications and process control systems, combined with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Physical capability for confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call‑in coverage, ensuring a reliable and safety‑focused presence during critical operations.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and quality control analyzers; thrive in dynamic conditions involving service truck driving, office tasks, and physical activity.
