H2O Innovation is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, maintain, and operate water treatment systems in the field. If you enjoy hands-on work, travel, and being part of innovative and meaningful projects, this opportunity could be for you!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related field service experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Available to travel 75% of the time.
• Work on multiple projects autonomously.
• Be organized, rigorous and meticulous.
• Be an excellent team player.
• Positive and professional attitude towards team and clients.
• Exceptional work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and change RO/UF and other membranes in the field.
• Perform CIP (Clean in place) on water systems.
• Install/replace pipes, equipment, instruments and valves for water filtration equipment.
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings.
• Measure, cut, drill, tap for supports or installation.
• Pull wires, land to devices and ensure quality output.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Carry out related field tasks and LOTO procedures.
• Fill out field reports.

The Day-to-Day

• Load and change RO/UF and other membranes;
• Perform CIP (Clean in place) on water systems;
• Mechanically install/replace pipes, equipment, instruments and valves for water filtration equipment;
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings;
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, tapping for supports or installation;
• Pull wires, label them, then land to devices;
• Ensure a good quality product;
• Support process improvements;
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition;
• Carry out all other related tasks;
• LOTO (Lock-Out-Tag-Out) equipment;
• Fill out field reports.

• Travel (vehicle or commerical airline) to customer sites with periodic visits to the USA Servie Office in Ramsey, MN and also to various locations for company meetings.
