The Position
We are seeking a Field Service Technician for our San Diego area to perform service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The technician acts as the face of Quench, providing positive customer service during site visits. The role reports to the Field Service Manager and involves operating a company vehicle. Hands-on training is provided upon hire.
