We are seeking an experienced ElectroMechanical Field Service Technician who can operate independently in an industrial environment. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and startups on motors, gearboxes, chains, augers, and related equipment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, working from ladders, in confined spaces, and around wastewater or dirty environments. Electrical responsibilities include using a multimeter, setting up and adjusting VFD parameters, verifying motor protection and safety devices, and working safely with both deenergized and live power. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, can identify issues by observation and sound, communicates well with teams on-site, and documents daily work clearly. We are looking for a highly capable field service technician who learns quickly, moves fast, and can step in with minimal supervision.

Candidates should expect to work in active or under-construction sites alongside other contractors. The role requires readiness to travel up to 100% of the time, with the candidate residing within an hour of an international airport.
