CoverSafe, Inc. seeks motivated technicians with hands-on mechanical experience to join our Fast Track Technician Program. You will be trained 100% on the job and work on automatic pool cover systems nationwide.

No automatic pool cover experience required! At CoverSafe, we're looking for mechanically skilled individuals ready to take their experience into a new industry. If you have a background in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, mechanical installation, or another hands‑on trade, we want to talk to you!

Our Fast Track Technician Program provides 100% PAID, hands‑on training, competitive earnings, and a clear path for career advancement!

What You'll Earn:

$25-$27 hour starting pay PLUS overtime, commissions, and performance incentives!

• Earning potential exceeding $85,000/year for top performers!
• Two scheduled pay increases during our Fast Track Training Program, increasing your hourly wages as you complete training milestones.
• Year-round, full-time employment with consistent earnings (40 hours a week MINIMUM-NO LAYOFFS)
• Paid overtime, commissions, and performance incentives to maximize your income
