Job summary

CoverSafe, Inc. is seeking mechanically skilled individuals for a Fast Track Technician Program. No prior automatic pool cover experience required; training is 100% paid and hands-on, with strong earning potential and clear advancement.

The role offers starting pay of $57,500–$67,500 per year, plus overtime, commissions, and performance incentives. You will receive a company vehicle, tools, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction or related trade.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools to diagnose and fix mechanical issues.

If you have a background in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, mechanical installation, or another hands-on trade, we want to talk to you!Our Fast Track Technician Program provides 100% PAID, hands-on training, competitive earnings, and a clear path for career advancement!

What You'll Earn:

$57,500.00-$67,500.00 annual starting pay PLUS overtime, commissions, and performance incentives!

• Earning potential exceeding $85,000/year for top performers!
• Two scheduled pay increases of $2,500.00 during our Fast Track Training Program, increasing your hourly wages as you complete training milestones.
• Year-round, full-time employment with consistent earnings (40 hours per week Minimum - NO LAYOFFS)
