CoverSafe, Inc. is hiring for a Fast Track Technician Program that rewards hands-on skilled workers with fast-track training and a clear career path.

Starting pay is $23–$27 per hour with overtime, commissions, and performance incentives, and top performers can exceed $85,000 per year. The role offers year-round, full-timework with paid training, a company vehicle and tools, and ongoing pay growth.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical experience is REQUIRED. Automatic pool cover experience is NOT!

• Hands‑on mechanical experience in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, installation, or a related trade
• Experience using tools, troubleshooting equipment, and repairing mechanical systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow your career
