WOW! is currently hiring a Field Service Technician!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installing, repairing, and upgrading phone, internet, and video services
• Installing outlets, wiring, and equipment
• Training customers on equipment use
• Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues
• Ensuring system security and compliance with standards
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional appearance
• Maintaining vehicle and tools
• Performing network testing and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately measure distances
• Experience with test equipment and record keeping
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 90 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Use of hand tools and test equipment
• Work in environments with dust, noise, and other conditions
• Drive company vehicles safely
