Job summary

Orion Talent is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment that keeps data centers running 24/7. Based out of Phoenix, AZ, this nationwide travel role requires hands‑on work with electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, pumps, motors, generators, and industrial controls.

Travel roughly three weeks per month with all travel expenses covered. This is a strong fit for veterans with military maintenance experience looking to transition into a high‑tech

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems and mechanical equipment, preferably from military maintenance.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
• Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment in data centers.

We are hiring Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment that keeps data centers running 24/7. If you worked on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, generators, hydraulics, vehicles, aircraft, or industrial equipment in the military, this role is likely a strong fit.

• Pay: $30–$40/hr + Overtime (~15%)
• Travel: ~3 weeks per month (all travel expenses covered)
