Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past five years).
• Must complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Able to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Able to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs ladder.
• Able to climb poles, ladders, bucket trucks, and work from elevated heights and in tight spaces.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work extended, flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
