Midco in Hinckley, MN is hiring Field Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom services for homes and businesses. No prior experience required; paid training is provided and a $2,500 signing bonus is offered. A company vehicle and tools are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI in past five years).
• Ability to complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lb ladder.
• Ability to climb poles, ladders and work from elevated positions.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Ability to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, bucket trucks, and work from elevated heights and in tight spaces
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to travel on short notice and work extended, flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
