Job summary

Culligan of Southern Minnesota is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair residential and commercial water systems. You will explain procedures to customers, build trust, and collaborate with teammates on deliveries and maintenance.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a friendly team environment in Southern Minnesota. Health benefits and company mentorship are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential and commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, RO, and more).
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you're doing and building trust.
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you're doing and building trust
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
• Take pride in your work - keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day

What We're Looking For
