Job summary

Culligan of Southern Minnesota is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair residential and commercial water systems. You will interact directly with customers, build trust, and support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance.

You’ll troubleshoot and learn new technical skills daily, with hands-on training and mentorship. A strong work ethic and willingness to grow in the role are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, RO systems).
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you’re doing and building trust.
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance.
