LeoForce is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites across the United States. You will travel roughly four days per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, to support customers with installation, startups, and preventive maintenance.

Salary: $25 - $33 per hour
Travel throughout the United States approximately four days per week to customer locations.
Install, commission, and start up industrial equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems, including circuit boards and related components.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving pumps, piping systems, valves, and fluid handling equipment.
Perform light plumbing work related to equipment installation and service.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Test equipment to ensure proper operation after repairs or installation.
Document service work, repairs, and recommendations through detailed service reports.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support on equipment operation and maintenance.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle while following all safety procedures.
Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Service Engineer, or similar technical role.
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic control boards.
Experience working with pumps, piping systems, valves, and fluid transfer equipment.
Basic plumbing experience related to industrial equipment installation and repair.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
Willingness to travel domestically approximately 75 to 80 percent of the time.
