Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites across the United States. You will travel roughly four days per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, to support customers with installation, startups, and preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with pumps and piping systems, and the ability to diagnose and repair electronic control

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Service Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic control boards.
• Experience working with pumps, piping systems, valves, and fluid transfer equipment.
• Basic plumbing experience related to industrial equipment installation and repair.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 75 to 80 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle while following all safety procedures.
