Midco is seeking Field Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge telecommunications services for residential and business customers in Jamestown, ND. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided and a company vehicle is provided for the role.

Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, with a clean driving record and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to safely use ladders rated for up to 375 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs. and handle a 75 lbs. ladder.
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, bucket trucks, and work from elevated heights and in tight spaces.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outside normal business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications services for residential and business customers.
• Work with residential and business customers to deliver service excellence.
• Learn and complete required Midco certifications and safety trainings.
