Job summary

Ricoh Brasil in Fremont, CA is seeking a Field Services Technician to travel to customer sites across Fremont and the San Jose area, install and service Ricoh printers and copiers, and perform preventive maintenance. You will respond to mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues while delivering strong customer service and documenting work performed.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour work week, typically Monday through Friday, and includes mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications
