The Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fitchburg, WI, responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing BIOIONIX® systems at customer locations. Day-to-day activities include performing equipment set-up, calibration, and testing, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. The technician will document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure safe and reliable operation of systems. This role also involves training customers on proper use and basic maintenance of equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional travel to customer sites and flexibility in scheduling may be required based on service needs.
