Job summary

SitePro Rentals, part of Sammons Industrial, is seeking a Service Technician I who enjoys solving problems, working with hands, and keeping equipment running safely and reliably. You will diagnose, service, and repair engines, hydraulics, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems in the shop and at customer locations, documenting work and maintaining parts.

• 3+ years of equipment repair or related mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair equipment, including engines, electric motors, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical systems, lifting systems, and other major components.
• Keep equipment safe and dependable through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic welding as needed.
• Put safety first every day by following proper repair procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting safety requirements.
• Take ownership of the job by maintaining needed parts and supplies, completing service documentation on time, supporting customers, and completing required technical training.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment in our shop and at customer locations. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ year of equipment repair or related mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills, along with a dependable, team-first approach to your work.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist.
• Mechanical or trade school training is a plus, and availability for an on-call schedule may be required.
