Job summary

Datamax Inc. is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to start a career with today’s office technology. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed as you begin a long-term career with a stable, growing company.

This role involves servicing copiers and MFPs on-site in Longview, TX, with standard hours and occasional overtime. You’ll learn diagnosis and repair at customer sites while delivering strong customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• No extensive experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs).
• Learn to diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Complete service calls and basic documentation.
• Build relationships with customers while representing Datamax.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00-$20.00an hour
• Longview, Texas
• Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Occasional overtime available

What You’ll Do

• Service and maintain copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs)
• Learn to diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Complete service calls and basic documentation
• Build relationships with customers while representing Datamax

What We’re Looking For

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (training provided)
• Interest in electronics or hands-on work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
