Job summary

General Parts is hiring a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants across your area, with a company vehicle dispatched from home.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair and maintain cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment, work with gas, electric and steam systems, and install replacement parts. On-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred.
• EPA refrigeration certification required or preferred depending on role.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts.
• Participate in after-hours & weekend on-call rotations.
