Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will install, service, and maintain water treatment equipment in a variety of environments, outdoors included, delivering dependable, on-time service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Must have a valid driver's license and English fluency; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water softeners and filtration systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other top‑quality water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field.
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on‑time service.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building lasting relationships.
• Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand.
• A self‑starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
