Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment equipment in various settings. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.

You'll train on our systems, maintain a strong customer focus, and manage a daily route with a company truck provided. High school diploma or GED and fluent English are required; a driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, or construction is a plus with willingness to train the right person.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; represent the Culligan brand.
• Self-starter who can manage a daily route and stay organized.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other Culligan water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for residential and commercial systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues in the field and resolve them quickly.
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies with dependable, on-time service.
• Educate customers about systems and build lasting relationships.
• Keep the company truck organized with inventory and clean tools for the next job.

What You'll Be Doing:

• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
