Job description

We are actively hiring for a Tax Manager for our client, a leading South Carolina-based accounting and consulting firm that provides assurance, tax, and advisory services. This firm offers a broad spectrum of services to a diverse client base, including local small businesses and large complex projects through their alliance with a top 10 CPA firm.

The firm seeks a career-minded TAX Professional with 4+ years of public accounting experience. There are opportunities for partnership, growth, and development, with promotions and raises twice a year. Responsibilities

• Manage a group of clients, providing services in individual and business taxation
• Manage project deadlines and coordinate with team members
• Review tax returns and provide feedback
• Stay current on tax law changes and best practices
• Participate in process improvements and firm activities
• Develop a specialization within tax

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; MS/MAcc preferred
• CPA or in progress preferred
• 4+ years of public accounting experience in individual and business taxation
