Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Field Service Technician with CNC machines.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Locations : Metro NYC, Metro Boston, Southern New Hampshire

Salary : $80K - $100K DOE

What You'll Do :

• Installation & Maintenance : Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment and accessories.
• Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose and repair technical issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Customer Support : Provide top-notch service, including operator training, preventive maintenance, major repairs, and system upgrades.
• Travel : Daily travel to customer locations with occasional overnight stays required. Flexible hours available (4x10 or 5x8 schedule).

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum 5 years as a Field Service Technician, with a strong background in CNC machinery and associated systems.
• Skills : Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Education : Technical degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical / Automation) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Other Requirements : Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily.
