• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service with ability to explain technical info to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is a crucial part of our service operations, providing expert technical service and support to our clients. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in PLC, three-phase motors, machinery repair, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our industrial machinery and systems. This is a permanent, full-time role that involves extensive fieldwork and offers a competitive compensation package.

Salary: $30 - $36 per hour

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, including PLC, three-phase motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician in the engineering industry or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with PLC, three-phase motors, machinery repair, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proven experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
• Must live within one hour of a major airport.
