Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Hourly range $14.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

As the Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering these solutions through maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment (black and white, color, and multifunctional devices, and more) at customer locations throughout your territory.

You will also gain valuable insight into our different business functions, developing your skills and advancing your career in the process.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing maintenance, service, repairs, and training efficiently and effectively
  2. Diagnosing equipment issues and handling upgrades
  3. Making modifications, removing old units, and retrofitting existing hardware
  4. Completing field calls according to priority while practicing good time management
  5. Continuously enhancing your technical skills for field assignments
  6. Rebuilding components at the shop

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Hands-on mechanical experience required, such as: low voltage machinery, hands-on technician, vehicle mechanics, AC/HVAC, etc.
  3. One (1) or more years of experience in repairing, servicing, and/or installing office equipment, including copiers, printers, Photo ID and ID Badge systems, or fingerprint scanners preferred (but not required)
  4. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
  5. A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage required (mileage reimbursement option, or vehicle provided)
  6. Majority of travel will be in close proximity; however, candidates will need to be comfortable traveling 45 minutes or more as needed
  7. Tiered compensation increases based on completing training and certification milestones
