What You’ll Do

Field Service & Troubleshooting

• Perform on‑site diagnostics and troubleshooting of ash handling and material handling systems
• Support installation, startup, shutdowns, and commissioning activities
• Evaluate existing systems (ANDRITZ and competitor equipment)
• Conduct multi‑day site assessments to identify performance improvements

Customer‑Facing & Relationship Building

• Work directly with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Deliver technical recommendations, system evaluations, and training
• Build long‑term customer relationships through hands‑on support
• Act as a trusted advisor in solving equipment and process challenges

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and develop aftermarket service, upgrade, and parts opportunities
• Support technical proposals, scopes, and solution development
• Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Aftermarket teams
• Help expand ASH’s reach into new industries and applications
