Job summary

Seneca Companies Inc. is seeking a Service Professional III in Joplin, MO to service, repair and maintain electronic, hydraulic and mechanical petroleum equipment. This full-time role requires daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays.

You will diagnose issues, install and test equipment, and coordinate with dispatch. Candidates should have 1–5 years’ related repair experience, a valid MO Class E driver's license, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in mechanical, fuel, electrical systems or related repair work.
• Valid MO Class E driver's license with clean driving record.
• Current manufacturer and safety certifications required; Hazwoper and Wayne preferred.
• Electrical knowledge and strong mechanical abilities.
• Autonomy to work under intermittent supervision and coach junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair petroleum equipment; provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot.
• Open/close work orders with dispatch; document time and repairs clearly.
• Collaborate with other technicians on servicing, installing and repairing equipment.
• Manage parts inventory in the service vehicle and transfers to jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
